After a tough defeat over the weekend at the hand of the referees and not the US Olympic soccer team, Team Canada today took home the Bronze medal vs France at the 2012 London Olympics. In all our hearts you girls are definitely GOLD medalists!
I expect Christine Sinclair to be Canada’s flag bearer at the closing ceremonies in London over the weekend. Don’t goof this up Canadian Olympic authorities like the refs did in the semi-finals.
To all the ladies and coaches on Team Canada – Congratulations and see you in Brazil in 4 years. You have made all us Canadians very proud!!
